Sharon has been in the Real Estate Business in San Diego for over
30 Years. Before working in San Diego, Sharon was a Real Estate Broker
in Florida and in Texas. After moving to San Diego during the 1980s,
Sharon obtained her California Real Estate Broker's license and has been
representing buyers and sellers of both residential and income
properties all over San Diego County ever since.
Before joining Windermere Pacific Coast Properties, Sharon worked
at a broad range of Real Estate Companies, from co-owning and co-
operating a Brokerage Company, Village Realtors, to working with a
company affiliated with a National Firm, Prudential California Realty, to
working with a local brokerage company, The John Collins Company.
When Windermere opened an office in Point Loma, Sharon recognized
and embraced the opportunities offered by Windermere, the largest
regional real estate company in the United States, specializing in the
Western Region of the Country. She also enjoys working at the Historic
Liberty Station area of Point Loma.
In addition to holding her California Real Estate Broker's License,
Sharon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyer Representitive ("AB") is e-pro ("e-pro") Certified and is one class away from achieving her "Certified Residential Specialist ('CRS')" Designation. She is
also a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California
Association of Realtors, the Point Loma Ocean Beach Realtors
Association and is an Accredited Staging Professional ("ASP") Real Estate
Agent. Additionally, Sharon is a past Treasurer, Vice President and
President of the Point Loma Rotary Club of San Diego.
Sharon and her husband of 30 years (Mike) have considerable expertise investing in, renovating, managing and selling investment properties on their own account and have become known in the local Real Estate community for their attention to detail. They also currently own apartments and vacation homes in Bend, Oregon. When they are not working, Sharon and Mike enjoy spending their time boating and downhill skiing.
