| Sharon has been a Real Estate Broker in San Diego for over 20 years making her a "seasoned" Realtor in the San Diego area. Prior to moving to San Diego in the early 1980's Sharon was a Realtor in Ocala, Florida and Houston, Texas. Sharon recently joined Windermere Pacifice Coast Properties, the largest regional real estate company in the US, specializing in the Western Region of the Country and loves working in the offices at the Historic Liberty Station in Pt. Loma. In addition to holding a California Real Estate Broker's License, Sharon is a member of the National Association of Realtor, the San Diego Association of Realtors and the Pt. Loma-Ocean Beach Association of Realtors. She also received the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and Accredited Buyer Representative (AB) designations and is e-pro certified. She has taken numerous Certified Residential Speciaist (CRS) courses and continues with real estate education that gives her expert knowledge that benefit her clients. Sharon has served on many local committees and Boards including past Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Pt. Loma Rotary. |

| Sharon has been married to her husband, Michael, for over 30 years. They have been renovating, remodeling and building homes together for the past 20 years. They have also bought, sold and managed their own investment properties. They currently own and manage apartments and vacation homes in Bend, Oregon where Michael is also a licensed Realtor. They love real estate and have become known in the Real Estate Industry for their creativity and attention to detail in the homes they have renovated in the San Diego area. |
